The shredder motor can be said to be the power source of the shredder, so the selection of the motor is also more critical, not to say that the more expensive the equipment is, the better. It depends on its configuration, whether it is reasonable or not. Now some manufacturers' shredders are relatively cheap, and the motor has no brand. The motor is easy to heat up and break down, so we can replace a good motor It will cost thousands of yuan. The gap between good motors and other brands is really big. It's not only about the price, but also the problem of motor heating. So what's the reason?

1、 Plastic shredder equipment V-belt tightness adjustment, V-belt is too tight, motor bearing heat, too loose speed is reduced, V-belt is also easy to slide, which affect the service life. When adjusting the tension of the V-belt, loosen the bolt fixing the motor base, and use the adjusting bolt to change the position of the motor on the slideway, so that the V-belt reaches the required tension, and then tighten the fixing bolt;

2、 After the shredder motor works for a period of time, it needs to add oil or open the cleaning bearing to refill the file base lubricating oil. Restore the lubricity of the bearing;

3、 If the cutter of the shredder is not good enough, it is easy to cause the condition of broken cutter and scrap. This situation is generally caused by the inconsistency between the spindle rotation center and the cutter center in the processing. When the spindle is running at high speed, if the spindle and the cutter are not concentric, it will not only affect the material forming degree and product yield, but also affect the processing effect.

4、 The power cord of shredder motor should not be too long or winding. This is easy to cause motor under voltage or under current. I know that the working voltage of the motor is 380 V, and the working current is marked on the motor nameplate. The rated current of the wire must be greater than that of the motor. Otherwise, the motor is easy to heat or burn under the condition of under voltage or under current.
