2. Screen mesh
The shape and aperture can be designed and produced according to the needs, and the installation and disassembly are simple.
3. Flat push material box
There are brass guide rails in the segmented crushing box, which ensure uniform feeding during the crushing process. There is a dust accumulation setting at the bottom to maintain long-term stable operation inside the machine.
4. Diagonal push material box
Using hydraulic pressure for driving, enhancing the frequency of material pushing, reducing no-load losses, and fully crushing materials.
5. PLC control system
The main electrical components are well-known brands, such as Siemens and Schneider. The PLC control system can achieve real-time monitoring, alarm, remote analysis, and data analysis.
6. Automatic Reverse System
The machine is equipped with a maximum safe current. When the motor is overloaded or the material is blocked, the blade shaft will automatically reverse to protect the machine.
7. Curved maintenance door
The arc-shaped inspection door allows materials to fall directly into the crushing area for rapid crushing. The inspection door can be opened using a hydraulic device, and maintenance can be carried out from the side where the inspection door is opened, which is fast, convenient, and saves manpower and time.
